3. Booking and Quotes
Quotations
All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, destination changes, or additional services required.
Booking Confirmation
Services are confirmed upon receipt of signed booking form and required deposits. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about equipment orders, including dimensions, weight, value, and contents. Any inaccuracies may result in additional charges.
Packaging Standards
All equipment must be properly prepared to withstand export. We are not liable for damage due to inadequate preparation.
Documentation
Customers are responsible for providing all necessary export/import documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
Prohibited Items
Customers must not ship prohibited or restricted items. A full list is available upon request and varies by destination country.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Late Payment
Late payment may result in storage charges, service suspension, or legal action. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at 2% per month.
6. Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to £100 per package unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Insurance Coverage
Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive insurance for valuable equipment orders. We can arrange insurance coverage at competitive rates.
